FallsFest is held at Lucy Park in Wichita Falls, Texas. Lucy Park is located north of Seymour Highway and lies within the bend of the Wichita River.

If traveling from Highway 281/287, upon reaching downtown Wichita Falls, take (Seymour Highway) exit west. The park can be accessed from Seymour Highway by turning north (right) onto Sunset Drive and following the road to the park entrance.
